# Growth OS — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Growth OS app ("Growth OS", "the app") collects when you install it on your site, how it is used, and the choices you have. Growth OS is provided by **[Arcknet — legal business name]**, **[business address]**, Jalandhar, Punjab, India ("we", "us"). Questions: **[support email]**.
## 1. Who this applies to
This policy covers the site owners and site collaborators who install and use Growth OS. Growth OS does not track the visitors of your site and does not add tracking code to your pages.
## 2. What we collect and why

We do not collect payment card details. Subscriptions are billed through the app marketplace's billing system.
## 3. AI processing (Anthropic)
To write explanations, fixes, blog posts, FAQs and research, Growth OS sends the relevant information — page text, your Business Profile and Business Info, and for the Growth plan competitor post titles and headings — to **Anthropic's Claude API**. For research, Anthropic's web search tool is used to look up public information about topics and competitors in your market.
Anthropic processes this data to provide the service under its commercial terms. According to those terms, data sent through the API is not used to train Anthropic's models by default. See [anthropic.com/legal](https://www.anthropic.com/legal).
Do not put confidential or personal information about other people into your Business Profile.
## 4. Other service providers
- **Site platform and hosting** — the app runs on, and stores its data in, your site platform's app data storage connected to your site.
- **Cloudflare** — if you turn on Autopilot, a scheduler hosted on Cloudflare stores your site's app instance ID and the app's address so it can start scheduled runs. It is removed when you turn Autopilot off.
- **Anthropic** — AI processing, as described above.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
## 5. How long we keep it
Audit results, generated content, your Business Profile and the change log are kept while the app is installed, so you can see your history and undo changes. Usage counters are kept per month. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 7); we will also delete it on request after you uninstall the app.
## 6. Security
Data is transferred over HTTPS. Access to your site's data uses your platform's app permissions and only the permissions the app needs (reading site and business information, managing SEO settings, blog and FAQ). Changes to your site are made only after you approve them, or by Autopilot when you have turned it on.
## 7. Your choices and rights
You can:
- view and edit your Business Profile at any time;
- undo any change the app made, from the Changes tab;
- turn Autopilot off at any time;
- uninstall the app at any time;
- ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing **[support email]**.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have further rights, including to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.
## 8. Children
Growth OS is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
## 9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
