# Growth OS — Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Growth OS app ("Growth OS", "the app"), provided by **[Arcknet — legal business name]**, **[business address]**, Jalandhar, Punjab, India ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you use the app for a business, you agree on its behalf. Contact: **[support email]**.
## 1. What Growth OS does
Growth OS audits websites for SEO, accessibility and AI readiness; writes exact fixes (titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, page text, structured data); applies some fixes to your site when you approve them; writes blog posts and FAQs from your Business Profile; and, on paid plans, publishes blog posts and FAQs automatically ("Autopilot") and researches topics and competitors (Growth plan).
## 2. Your site and your approval
- Fixes are applied to the site the app is installed on only after you approve each change. Every applied change is recorded in the Changes tab and can be undone there, unless the value was changed again afterwards.
- Blog posts and FAQs are written only for your own site — the site where the app is installed.
- **Autopilot** publishes content without asking each time, but only after you turn it on, and only content that passes the app's quality checks. You can turn it off at any time. You remain responsible for content published on your site.
- Keep your own backups of important site content.
## 3. AI-generated content
Content written by the app is generated by AI from your Business Profile, your Business Info and your pages. It can contain mistakes. Review it before you publish or apply it, especially facts, prices, contact details and alt text (which is written from where an image sits on the page, not from the image itself). You are responsible for content you publish, including that it is accurate and lawful.
## 4. No guarantee of results
Growth OS reports measured checks and helps you improve your site. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or how search engines or AI assistants treat your site.
## 5. Plans, credits and billing
- **Free:** audits, 7 AI credits a month, and a one-time welcome pack of 5 blog posts and 1 FAQ set.
- **Starter:** USD 29/month (or yearly) — Autopilot with one blog post a day and 2 new FAQs every other day, and 29 AI credits a month.
- **Growth:** USD 79/month (or yearly) — Autopilot with two blog posts a day and 2 new FAQs a day, weekly trend and competitor research, and 99 AI credits a month.
- AI credits are used for exact fixes, applying AI-written text, and writing extra content yourself. A credit is used only when usable content is delivered. Credits reset every month and do not roll over. Autopilot's scheduled posts and FAQs do not use credits.
- Prices and plan contents shown in the app marketplace at the time of purchase apply. Subscriptions are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded through the app marketplace's billing system and its policies. Plan limits may be changed with notice; changes do not reduce a period you have already paid for.
## 6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app to copy other websites' content (competitor research reads public titles and headings to suggest topics; it never copies their text);
- put information into the app that you have no right to use, or personal data about other people without a lawful basis;
- try to get around plan limits, overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend use that breaks these rules.
## 7. Your content and ours
You keep all rights to your site, your Business Profile and the content the app generates for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to process them only to provide the app (see the Privacy Policy). We keep all rights to the app itself.
## 8. Third-party services
The app relies on your site platform, Anthropic (AI) and Cloudflare (scheduling). Their availability and changes to their services can affect the app. We are not responsible for third-party services.
## 9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before removing a paid feature.
## 10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, revenue, data or rankings), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
## 11. Ending use
You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 3, 4, 7, 10 and 12 continue after termination.
## 12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of **[Jalandhar, Punjab]**, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
## 13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
